SierraNet is an online depository to assist Sierra Leoneans, at home and in the diaspora as they collaborate on critical development issues during project development Stage. 

Currently only Submissions can include document, images, video and sound files  A submission is cataloged according to to its relevance to a development theme.

New Submissions Authors must submit an abstract and state at most two themes under which their submisson must be cataloged. Eg  A health article will appear under Healthy Sierra Leone

New items must be submitted to  
 Submit@sierraLeoneportal.net with an abstract before they are uploaded.
